Your CBD Dosing Guide

Keep in mind that finding the ideal CBD dosage is a process of trial and error. With uptitration, you start with the lowest possible dose of a substance and gradually raise it over time to find the dose at which it is most effective for treating a symptom or disease. Five simple actions can be followed to titrate CBD:

Determine a starting dosage that is the same as what is recommended for your product of choice. For seven days, take this dosage, keeping an eye out for any changes in your symptoms. If the dosage is one dropper full, for instance, take just that amount for a full week. The CBD will have a week to build up in your body.

Increase the dose by adding half of your first baseline dose if you have not seen effects after seven days. In this situation, you would fill it up to 1 1/2 droppers.

Take your increased CBD dosage over the following three to four days, paying close attention to any changes in your symptoms.

Repeat. After the fourth day of taking the increased amount of CBD, if you still don't feel any better, keep upping the dose by half a dropperful until you start to feel better. It can take some time, so have patience and keep at it.

Refine. Stay at that dose after you've found one that works for you. If you have any negative effects, go back to the beginning and gradually reduce the CBD dosage until you find the ideal level for you. You might choose to divide a larger serving size into numerous smaller doses throughout the day.

The appropriate dosage will be found by up-titration, which takes into account your body chemistry, amount of pain and discomfort, and the ailment you are seeking to cure in addition to being ideal for your weight.

Consult your doctor

If you're uncertain, your doctor is in a great position to guide you. They can be a partner in your wellness because they will be well-versed in your medical background. Your doctor probably already advises CBD to patients or already has CBD users on his or her list of clients.

Be as honest as you can during the consultation and tell them everything they need to know about any additional medications you are taking.
